The president helped Solyndra win the original green loan guarantee of $535 million. Us the taxpayers take the hook for all of it. Also, a whopping $1.1 billion in startup venture capital is also on the line. Obama has repeatedly said green efforts are panic disorder the ailing deflating economy. Thats a mistake! He and 80 % of his staff and cabinet ordinarily are not new entrepreneurs. The Obama falure in making jobs will be his legacy. Solar module prices have slid Forty percent as worldwide manufacturing grew. Two other U.S. solar companies, Evergreen Solar and Spectra Watt, filed bankruptcy in August of 2011. As outlined by Solyndra their cost was $2 per watt while many Chinese companies have costs of $1.25 per watt. Solyndra solar modules are thin tubes and not flat panes and it's unknown whether they can sell the organization or license its technology. The parasite (big Neo-Keynesian government and its entitlement giveaways) is killing the host (those working and paying taxes). Next business just surrenders and quits even wishing to do a profitable going concern at a multiplier effect of layoffs begetting more layoffs similar to a snowball rolling down a hill. Today鈥檚 paper says 2million self-employed entrepreneurs are needing work beyond the 17% of workers without jobs once you count people stopped trying to find work. Now we hear General Electric (who made $5.1 billion and paid no tax 2009) is about to move its 115 year-old X-ray division from Waukesha, Wisconsin to Beijing China and invest $2 billion in your project. What? Barack obama appointed GE Chairman Jeff Immelt to go up his commission on job creation. Job czar Immelt claims to help America create jobs here. The sad reality is GE employs many people overseas of computer does across the nation. This can be total absence of leadership for 鈥淥bama the Downgrade President,鈥?who just got the U.S. credit ranking lowered from AAA to AA+. The Obama failure as president certainly is the first American debt downgrade ever. Both Government followed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger have toured Solyndra鈥檚 new plant touting it as being symbolic of America鈥檚 economic recovery and commitment to a natural economy. Certainly their visits were celebrated by its mainstream liberal press when the government wasted untold barrels of fossil fuel arriving in jumbo jets with as many as 5 choppers hovering overhead the caravan of your fleet of black gas guzzling Chevy Suburbans and Cadillac Escalades plus TV crew 5 mile per gallon vans.
